If a government wants to give you hope of better days to come, for you to forget for a few hours with singing and festivities, and it happens to be sponsored and paid by the government that wants you to support them over Shabab. Shariff did choose Farmaajo, to try to give credibility to his administration. But it's all a media stunt, if Farmaajo did not do his job to the best of his ability, AND make achievements on the ground.
