Mudulood code of conduct
1.all non-Muduloods in xamar should be heavily taxed (e.g 30% of their earning) since they ran away from their traditional lands and are seeking a better live in the Mudulood lands.
2.all non-Muduloods in xamar should not be allowed to own property unless a mudulood person is incharge of their property.
2.i believe in banadir ,there will be a Mudulood day in which people should pay respect to their hosts for giving them banadir citizenship.
