Any area in Somalia belongs to those people who are in majority and historically resided that area. That also applies to Mogadishu. The Abgal people are the majority in the city and historically lives in and around the city, so they should be the one who rules Mogadishu.Those people coming from Galgadud and south mudug have no right to claim leadership for Mogadishu.
