you are right. blaming won't fix any problems but he has a point wallahi. the northern part of mogdishu has always been a lot more peaceful than the southern part where most immigrant residents live in.

as for the topic, mogdishu will get peace when a real force, a somali one, consisting if possible entirely of locals is created that can pacify the city and the surrounding areas. it will require a lot of money but it is possible. this force should be capable of arresting anyone opposing them and crushing all opposition groups. somalis dad asxaan kasayo ma aha and the last 18 years of anarchy makes them even worse because they don't know the value of peace and security to want it. having peace and security threatens the interests of many including non-somalis that profit from the current situation.
