I would say they aren't a majority in Wardhiigleey, Dayniile, Shingaani, and a few others

wardhiigleey is mixed neighbourhood but abgaal are the majorities dhinaca BOOndheere

Shangaani" is the abgaal kingdom abgaal said this about shangaani 5 shanba heeyga soo hertee shangaani leela sheego maayo.
By about 1700 the entire political structure of Mogadishu city was altered with the ascendancy of a new line of Abgaal Yaaquub imams who established themselves in Shangaani quarter (the northern moiety of Mogadishu city). The Yaaquub imam’s powerbase remained among the people of the interior, while members of the Imam’s Yaaquub lineage intermarried with the BaFadel and Abdi Semen, two famed merchants families of Yemeni origins.

xamar have 16 xafado, and we are the majorities of 12 xafado. we also leave in the remeaning 4 xafado but we are not the majorities.

We can argue till kingdom come about the bad decisions Hawiye "leaders" made in the past, but in the end it is futile. We should be looking towards the future and trying to correct the mistakes of the past. Any-one, who thinks otherwise, is a political novice and or sheegato.

btw,

We should be careful about the numerous sheegatos lurking around, claiming to be speaking for the besha Mudulood

So far only Adoow and Ayub act suspicious and have gone the wrong direction: hating on what they are.

The rest: Warsan, Abakar, Twisted-Logic, Demure, Cushitic etc etc have dismissed the assertions of Adoow and Ayub.

Every hawiye subclan has suffered under the failure of Hawiye leaders and as such need to rethink their leadership and look towards a future of unity. Good leadership works towards unity of the various subclans that live under the same mess.

As for Mogadishu city: It is a Somali city and it should have a democratic city government of the people, by the people and for the people Insha Allah.

Addoow,

You should not push an idea which goes against the believes of your people.

In 1991-1992, when Barre's forces were approaching Mogadishu city in order to re-install his dictatorship rule all Hawiye subclans rallyied to the defense of the city and within weeks Barre's forces were chased all the way to |Kenya.

If Hawiye was not united at that time, his forces would surely have overrun Mogadishu city.

So dont push for division and alienation, push the correct political line for your group.

Ayub/Paidmonk,

Your identity is unclear, you can be a sheegato stirring up hostility within Hawiye.

PS: Twisted-Logic, Warsan-Sister, Dr.Yalaxow etc are the known ones on Somnet who can be taken serious when it comes to Abgal affaires.
