You know though, jokes aside this is just a symptom of our lack of progress. Look at the rest of the world, in the UK not only can you live anywhere you want you can also move to Sweden if you'd like and have free education. That is progress.

So other than historical value, which qabiil lives where should make no difference. Actually it just occured to me, do Somalis hold on to this by making the Mayor from said qabiil which "owns" the city? :lol:

Its very small and places like ceelsha biyaha are Banadir, its Muqdisho and its suburbs.
I think it's similar to Washington DC which doesn't come under any state.

Washington DC is a city that was a planned city created by the US Government to be acceptable to the Northern & Southern States. Mogadishu is not. It existed hundreds of years before the birth of the Somali Republic & it belonged to a certain people. That's the mayorship is always occupied by a certain clan :idea:
