Things are getting very interesting. Don't forget about Hiraan, Bay and Bakool. This should be about long term sustainability. Without Shabelle Hoose and Dhexe those 3 become landlocked. Gedo is also landlocked but it makes more sense for it to join either one of the Juba's.

Benadir is a federal administrative district. It is not unique, it happens all around the world. It cannot be represented by any clan or federal state, it is federal government territory.
Voting rights of citizens in the District of Columbia differ from those of United States citizens in each of the fifty states. District of Columbia residents do not have voting representation in the United States Senate, but D.C. is entitled to three electoral votes for President. In the U.S. House of Representatives, the District is entitled to a delegate, who is not allowed to vote on the floor of the House, but can vote on procedural matters and in House committees.

The United States Constitution grants congressional voting representation to the states, which the District is not. The District is a federal territory ultimately under the complete authority of Congress. The lack of voting representation in Congress for residents of the U.S. capital has been an issue since the foundation of the federal district. Numerous proposals have been introduced to change this situation including legislation and constitutional amendments to grant D.C. residents voting representation, returning the District to the state of Maryland, and making the District of Columbia into a new state. All proposals have been met with political or constitutional challenges; therefore, there has been no change in the District's representation in the Congress.

sxb we are not interested in running Muqdisho, you should worry more about Faroole.
And why would i do that? The regional clan-states of Somaliland and puntland are equal to me,i dont care if they Nuke each other.I will support anyone of them whose interest converges with mine. The only regional admins i fully support because of their bravery and resiliance is the khatumo state which is the legitimate representive of SSC natives.

We dont recognize federal system bro.somaliya waa qabiil.ama federal city dheh, ama capital city dheh,it doesnt change any thing.and why aad u yaabtay,it is not like we came to the middle jubba as hiiraale refugee boys.

Abgaalking, if a maamul too place before it might have been a possibility am not sure if it can happen now, not if people who can't even agree on a state can fight for banadir :|

What are you talking about? This is a constitutional right and if it doesnt give us our fair share of god-given rights we will dump it on the toilet.Qof la qasbi karo ma jirto. As for fighting for banadir, dee that actually comes naturally to some people
What about the D&M? What if they don't want to be part of it? Beacuse its also their degaan!

Mirile is non-existant in Sh.hoose.And Digil are one of the strongest supporters of banadir state since they faced the worst form of persecuation and extermination at the hands of the barbaric thugs since 1991.We have no problem with digil,We can always easily find a common solution based on mutual respect and interest since both of us recognize the legitiamate claim of our respective clans to lower shabelle. And dont forget Geladi has always being our strongest allies in the late 14 centuries and lived there in peace for 500 years.

I am sorry bro but Lower Shabelle is a majority Digil state and there are less Abgaal in Middle Jubba than Marehan in Jowhar.

As for Hiiraale "refugee boys", this was Italians saying a Marehan sub-clan had more camels in Lower Jubba than all other clans combined

Lol,It is funny when a boy from caabudwaaq wanna talk about lower shabelle. Our claim to lower shabelle is both historic and also population wise.and i did acknowlege the galadi historic presence.we can always find a solution for it.as for middle jubba, dee it is also rahanweyn majority and i have more rights to it then some guy from dhabad.(some girl will hate this). What i find interesting is the trying to quote warsme work as reference.the reality on the ground is different.

Why would they be cut out? Bay and Bakool will have their own mamuuls  Hiiraan will join with one more gobol and they too are good to go
