Ahmed,

Its diversifying. The vast majority of settlers will be brought from Mudug. As for Xamar, our enclaves will always be Sacad. We fought 2 wars and made Mudulood agree to Xamar being a Hiiraab city.

Sacad is Like any other somali clan and also our cousins,We have no problem with them. The failure of the previous warlords to come up with a political solution which benefits all is the main reason which fuelled the distrust.Every person who legally owns a house and respects the rule of law and contributes positively to banadir is welcome but no more isbaaro, or bililiqo .Never again .

I dont know how to reply to this Question.but,I am advocating for the rights of the natives to live in peace and prosperity that is why i am against any constitutional attempt to make xamar "free for all sort of city".

I can't believe this guy who claims to be academia, who comes with the mentality of "xamar unuka leh" Even asked a simple question of district elections when they have doorasho, and if it is based on qabil lines, and it so happens that in that district another qabil dominates and their candidate wins that seat, he would not support that.

Sxb xamar can not get international aid, support, seat of government, infrastructure, in the name of Somalia and be a qabil city. It must be a federal city open to all of somalis to participate equally.

He does not have to come up with it but rather he elegantly articulated his position based on historical and legitimate concerns to say Xamar unuke leh. If you want a free for all Xamar than Somalia has to get rid of 4.5 and go back to the 18 gobol or else a Non Mudulood will never set a foot in the Governors house or any other position in the city. Hadaad rabtiid Capital soo bad qaado geeso goofka abahaa eebow.

PO, he is academic and what he is saying is since he cant run in another city why should others be able to run for xamar, his other suggestion was that every city becomes free for all.

I dont think he said anything wrong people may have different opinions on this but he defends his views well.

PO, you know that the aid will be shared based on states so all the people who live in Muqdisho will benefit from the aid to banadir state while others dont have to share their aid, so its banadir state who will be at loss not the other way round.

Did you here him say only 15% of the tax is used by muqdisho :-O So

It is only fair. If you want it to be a federal city, then Garowe, Garabherey, cabuduwaaq, Galgacyo, Kismayo, etc should all be federal cities and anyone should be able to run to represent it.

To be honest, I don't even know why Somalis bother with this alien concept of politics. It is not like anyone would vote for anyone else other than a person from their qabiil.

This what the guy in the vid said because xamar has other people there is less chance of only a man from our qabiil getting as to other cities becase its one qabiil dominated hence the rule only we can run for it
