Tarzan: Never will Mogadishu come under a federal state.

Postby Voltage » Sun Mar 18, 2012 9:10 pm

He said it today responding to all these copy cat Banadir administration. He basically said everything I have been saying...that Mogadishu is the capital, that it is the house of the Somali people's representation, that it belongs to all Somali people. He went further and said the "dignity" of the Somali Republic's capital will never allow it to be part of any federal state or administration. He said the Somali Parliament and the the committee for the Constitution will sign that into law.

Time to wake up and smell the coffee now?
Gudoomiyaha Gobolka Banaadir: Ma Dhacayso in Muqdisho ay Hoostagto Maamul Goboleed Gaar ah

Muqdisho (RBC) Gudoomiyaha gobolka Banaadir Maxamuud Axmed Nuur Tarsan ayaa maanta sheegay in maamulkiisa uusan aqbali doonin in magaalada Muqdisho ay hoostagto maamul goboleed gaar ah ayna ka hor imaaneyso sharafta caasimada.

Gudoomiyaha oo maanta khudbad ka jeediyey munaasabad dadweyne badan ka soo qeybgaleen oo ka dhacday degmada Cabdicasiis ee magaalada Muqdisho ayaa sheegay in uu ka dalbaday guddiga dastuurka iyo baarlamaanka KMG ah inay soo qeexaan xeerka caasimada Soomaaliya.

Ma dhacayso in Muqdisho ay hoostagto maamul goboleed gaar ah, caasimada Soomaaliya waxay leedahay mudnaan gaar ah waanan meel dadkoo dhan u siman yihiin, ninkii yiraahda maamul goboleed ayaan ka dhigayaa waa wax aan dhacayn.” ayuu yiri gudoomiyaha gobolka Banaadir oo si gaar ah u weeraray maamulka cusub ee dhowaan looga dhawaaqay magaalada Muqdisho kaasoo loo bixiyey Banaadir State.

Gudoomiyaha gobolka Banaadir ahna duqa magaalada Muqdisho ayaa digniin u diray maleeshiyada hubeysan ee amaandarida ku haya dadweynaha Muqdisho.

Abaalmarin la ballanqaaday

Tarsan wuxuu dhanka kale abaalmarin xoog leh u ballanqaaday cidii soo sheegta saraakiil ka tirsan Al-Shabaab ama meelaha ay hubka ku keydsadaan kooxaha Al-Shabaab iyo kuwa amaandarida ka wada caasimada.

Gudoomiyaha ayaa sheegay in abaalmarinta ay noqon doonto kala bar hubka ama qiimaha qalabka la helo haddii la soo sheego.

He said what we were all thinking :!:

The capitol of the nation cannot be compared to some small towns in other parts of the country, it's the city all somalis had hand in building from nothing, where our dignity shined, served as a beacon of hope for all. If the "local" people want to create a federal state why not include all areas surrounding the capitol like jowhar etc and leave that particular area under the hands of the central government. I am trying very hard to see the opposing teams view but it just doesnt make sense

tarzan is smart and knows the somali people will never accept mogadishu to be ruled by a clan and yet be the capital of somalia. it is like having your cake and eating it too. we will never accept such a thing.

Walahi waa la waashay, markaan! I wouldn't even have any issues with it if the real inhabitants of Xamar i.e. the Banaadiri people were given the bulk of the representation, but that's not what's happening. Instead you have people from Galgaduud trying to steal a historic city like Muqdisho, a city with a 1,000 year old history. A history still preserved by the inhabitants of Xamar weyne & Shangaani. Not to mention Somalia's capital city and a city all Somalis from all walks of life poured their blood & sweat in to. Nope. That shit ain't gonna fly.

Ceeldheer, Warsheikh, Balcad and I'll even throw in Jowhar - yes, claim them as your clan cities, but not the Xamar of my childhood.

From experience, you're only marginalized for as long as you allow it. No way are goons and thugs from central Somalia who have looted Xamar for 20 years going to make anyone feel like an outsider. People need to wake up and take back what is rightfully ours.

I dont understand why people are against this? I mean they tried running the capital on their own for 20 years and we saw how that went, if they are hell bent on claiming Xamer as Magaalo qabiil then let em have it, they will be at each others throath before you know it, setting up 200 isbaaros and shit, lacagta dowlada Somaliya la sinaayo inti Mogadishu lagu dhisii laha(which is waste of money, seeing how they will probably burn the city once more) meelaha kale oo nabad ah hala geeyo.

I say good and welcome Banadiir State, take the next government to somewhere else, the Somali Nation should not wait for the people of Mogadishu to get their shit together.

I agree with him to a certain extent. Mogadishu is the capital of Somalia and as such can't also be part of clan states madness. By the same token, the days of camel herders (qowsaar) from Shilaabo or Wardheer or fishmonger from Bosaaso or Hobyo being entrusted with the affairs of a city they never grew up or lived in for even 5 years is OVER. This is the age of People Power - Somalis of all stripes big clan or not feel empowered and are assertive about their rights. There are sublcans among Abgaal and Murusade who reside in NOWHERE else in Somalia besides benaadir, how can we tell them they have no right to political organization just like other clans who create their own local clan-based administrations? It reeks of unfairness.

So, lets be fair people. I'm sure Tarzan would agree with me that traditional natives of Mogadishu must be given political avenues to protect their interests just like other natives across Somalia.

The 'fishmongers from Bosaso' were the best thing that ever happened to Xamar.

To another point, I agree fully with Xamud. If reer 'unuka leh' cannot handle Xamar being a neutral capital city, another city should have it and they can keep Xamar as a maamul goboleed.

Sxb you have to understand that this is just one issue pertaining to Xamar that is being rejected. But how the people of Xamar will be represented nationally hasn't been decided, so for you to say that they will not be represented is a mischaricterization of what is going on.

Monk, no, the fishmongers brought nothing but indelible stench to Mogadishu. Good riddence I say. Don't you agree with me?
