Clearly it belongs to Hawiye. If HG do not get their fair share of any Banadirian Maamul, i dont think we might see peace in Xamar for the next decade aslong there is no cadaalad.

Lol,The Only people that benefit from any peace is Hg.You cant kidnap what the majority of the people want or not want.
