I see empty streets and no ceremony, there were literally like 4 guys even present on the streets and a two-vehicle convoy. Meanwhile in Garowe where the president apparently has no 'blood relatives' the streets were lined with thousands of welcoming residents from the start of the highway outside of town all the way to the entrance of his locale and dozens of locally-operated vehicles followed the journey into town.

I don't know if you're being sarcastic cuz that's the shittiest welcome i've ever seen him receive.

Its the thought that counts! Sharif was among his people in Galmudug & grand reception or not, they welcomed him with open arms & hearts

so when you welcome him its from the heart when we welcome him it because we want something out of it?. saxib garowe didnt need sharifs approval its the other way around, where else would they have meeting villa somalia?, some hotel in kenya or ethiopia?. get your head out the gutter.

Sharif Ahmed has given Galmudug nothing. If we can welcome Abdiweli who pays a visit everytime he visits Galkacyo, why not Sharif Ahmed ?

Sharif has said that Galmudug has jurisdictions over Galgaduud & Hawiye sections of Mudug & persuaded Ximan iyo Xeeb to join Galmudug. In addition, he is on record on the video above staying that the Federal Government will finance the construction of the Hobyo Port that will be economic booster for the region as far as Eastern Ethiopia. Those are real & visible contributions. But Galmudug leadership should take the initiative & improve the lives of its people. So far, it has disappointed.
