Its not even published how could you've read it? I think you mistake it with the transitional one written in 2010
How could they translate it if it has not been published?

So hang on. What you are saying is these people are being forced to endorse a constitution that has not been published? NO ONE has read this constitution and some people support it while others are against it, everyone is choosing sides on an imaginary document?

Some things have changed from the 2010 because the other day on the news Shariif was like waxyaabo waa laga badale for example the citizenship, he didnt say what it was changed to but he was like waxas camal macquul mahan bla bla :lol:

They read the old one i dont think much of is going to be changed after people voiced concern is when parts of it were changed i think.

Not precisely. The elders received a copy and they will go through every article one by one. The ´stakeholders´ also received a copy, PL received its copy two weeks ago and they set up a committee to research it and weren´t happy with couple of articles.

BV, the stakeholders are Puntland, TFG itself, Ahlu sunnah and Galmudug. Those four signed the Garowe principles and the roadmap
