Capital city can be shared, but not the leadership!

Postby AhlulbaytSoldier » Sun Jan 13, 2013 7:11 am

The leadership such as regional administration must stay within the two indigenous citizens of Xamar: Hawiye and minority Cadcad. Its not logical to have outsider as mayor/governor.May God forbid that.
However i have no problem with isaaq and darood living in the city.

Indeed the Imamat(12Imams) is firmly in the hands of Banu Quraish, just like that the Imamat over muqdisho must stay within the indigenous peoples.

Reer Xamaroow from the I-P,what is ur view on this issue?

Stop claiming Xamar for 1 insignificant clan as they all are.
The whole east Africa belongs to the Muslim to as they like.

I agree. The future of Galmudug is quite bright and once the oil comes online in the next 10 years, Mudug will become one of the wealthiest areas of Somalia. I can see thousands of Konfurians and Waqooyians moving to the oil boom towns of Riigi Qawaane and Hobyo 2.

Im glad you agree brother, HG are cool people. There has been a special connection between my reer abti and Sacad. From Ina Igarre to the times of Abdirahman Tuur and Caydid. Regarding the oil, has a geological survey been done on the terrain?

Meyle,

Yep, there were 2 drilling locations in the Hobyo area: Riigi Qawaane and Hobyo 2. Both were explored by the Sinclair Oil firm in the 1950s. We also had seismic analysis off the coast in the 1950s too. The Norwegians and their Statoil firm wanted to start exploration in the late 1980s but the regime opposed it due to political pressures especially if oil was discovered in the Hobyo basin.

If the Somali oil reserves found throughout Somali territory are handled correctly, there wont be a single starving Somali but you know Somalis... Im afraid that wont happen.

I saw you write on another board how your uncle was one of the foreman. Are you a sacad my friend? My father is from hobyo...and i am curious to know if the contracts that were signed in the mudug region by shell in circa 87, where signed with the government alone or is the land owned by a Somali family that will get royalties if oil is found? How does production sharing work in somalia?

thanks saxib.

Xamar Cad Cad should not have a district governor position. Those langaabs should not even administrators in municipal buildings. They don't number more than 5000 in all of Somalia, forget Mogadishu. Politics is not a charity. Mogadishu waa dhul Hawiye. Those Arab mutts should know that or go back to Yemen. You are a guest

That Xamar Cad Cad position should go towards a HG or Murusade

Abgal has 8 district governors in Mogadishu and Mudulood has mayorship. Why? they need to give up two of them to HG or Murusade. Abgal eats more than it can chew
