When i was there was talk of turning a garage near by into stalls if that is this then talk about cariiri jeceyl lakiin if they bought the land where they sold the wood iyo waxas and it looks anything like this

I really really really hope that design will become reality. Biggest somali investment in the last 22 years in Muqdisho hands down . The date shows us construction has already begun couple months ago. Where are the photos of the construction ? Ilaahey hanoo rumeeyo.

That is actually a good looking mall they already started the construction keep us updated , will be interesting how it looks like eventually are the investors private Somalis or built by other people.

I heard Muqdisho municipality is part of the investment but I don't know if that is true. Osob101 can maybe tell us who is behind this project if she knows.

I have not seen any construction that started but what most people don't realize is Suuq Bacaad is no longer just the area you guys remember it to be, The market has even gone beyond where Hotel Towfiiq use to be. People living near that Hotel back in the Day now can say I live in Suuq Bacaad LOL.

The whole place between Towfiiq and suuq bacaad looked destroyed last time I was there. I had to walk after the lights had gone 11pm from Towfiiq to Siinaay lol.
