I'm worried for the people of Mogadishu. There are waaay too many jareers in the city. You guys need to move the IDP's to somewhere else. The government should resettle them.

I remember watching a video about Mogadishu recently. The crew first visited the IDP camps and it was full of bantus, then they went to around the Bakara and other Mogadishu places/abandoned buildings and it was full of bantu squatters etc. Lastly they visited the coast and the fishing market and it too was full of Bantu fishermen!! Wallahi I was doubting if that was even Mogadishu Something needs to be done. According to some stats 40% of Mogadishu's population are IDP's. Sounds so wrong, these poor folks haven't done anything and I truly feel for them (and I don't feel good about what I say a lot of times) but the capital of our country cannot be made 40% of IDP's (According to professor Samantar it's actually 60%.....only god knows though).

Niyow, i sensed there was something fishy about the report. Specially the Dharkeenley part where they wrote about clashes between govt and al-shabaab and the clan militias fighting about the checkpoints. I was actually thinking how that could happen in 2013. Their website just looked so modern. Illeen waa iska copy and paste.
