Where is this marinaya area? Is it close to the liido beach itself? Or The old port ? Or near shangani ?

This was the price asked for land near the beach last year, am sure its gone up by now.

You wouldn't want a house near liido, on the weekend there are herds of people going through it, at night there's a lot of drunks driving fast, military guys go there at night to chew and fight, every other day military guys clear the area saying there's bombing alert only so they can chill there, there's also rumours that liido will be closed to the public after Maghrib

Jazeera is cheaper more beautiful and much classier
