Dam the place is over populated, that place use to be the exist out of Xamar.

Land there looks very expansive.

Need to hear the expect from Xamar intake of this matter.

I wouldn't advise you to buy a house there....it's near the US embassy.

all of those properties will have to be demolished. most of those homes were build illegally and due to the absence of a legitimate functioning government and municipality.
