all of those properties will have to be demolished. most of those homes were build illegally and due to the absence of a legitimate functioning government and municipality.

Not expensive at all. Small plots in that area sell for 2500 to 3000 dollars.

How much are plots closer to agoyee. Between afgoyee and xamar seems to be a more lush and green land. Only problem is there is no infrastructure there yet.Could it still cost 2000 -3000 or a lot less?

Prices have started to come down in Xamar. 15k will get you a nice little piece of land now.

Not every Darood got their properties illegally, just like not all hawiye are occupying homes in xamar they do not own.

It's only the poor like yourself who would justify such acts.

My villa is halal and ain't no body taking it.

Why the fuck would you want to buy a house in Moryaandishu? Focus on Puntland, fuck the south. This is what boils my blood, Puntlanders like this! Mogadishu this, Mogadishu that, Xamar this, Xamar that. Its like their mind is still in the Pre-civil war era. I wish more of our people get to their senses and realise that its impossible to share a country with Moryaans. Hopefully with the collapse of Federalism they'll realise this.
