Aqyaarta hala ii sheego dhismaahan brownka ah oo dariishadaha buluuga leh, ma hotelaa mase maqaayad. The only reason i ask is because the design is actually pretty good for Mogadishu standards. Made me curious cml.

For a muqdisho standard it's pretty modernized building. Most likely a hotel; the location is a magnet for returnees as well as tourists (mainly turkey) so it seems right to assume it is a hotel.

It was recently constructed as i didn't see it 6 months ago, it doesn't look like a hotel or restaurant, I think it's residential, I remember some destroyed homes along that stretch with huge graffiti "not for sale" in af Somali, I can't remember how to say it

It is a school/training centre built just off liido beach near the old port. A private Turkish company has built it. The building itself is not open yet.
