You're wrong. The IDPs will go back when things settle.

Yeah no harm if they live there actually that should be encouraged so people cant say xamar is a hawiye city.

Not all D&M in Xamar are IDP's. Some have deep connections to Xamar and been living there for many years. If anything they can claim any district in Xamar if they want.
