Its clear Kulmiye has the majority support, and udub has been struggling
but dhulo votes will give them a lifeline, and they can turn it into a
close election...

it easier to rig an election if you have enough votes,
they cannot rig it if kulimye is winning a landslide of 70% plus,
but UDUB will easily get away with rigging an election in which they lose
a few percentage points to Kulmiye.

You are right that the outcome of the election will be decided on these fronts you mentioned
if Arab H/A Samaroon H/Y opened their borders and the dhuloos joined these forces
it will be landslide for udub.
The problem is though if these clans deliver those votes for udub what posts will they get in return.
Example most habar jeclo are kulmiye supporters and still they get best wasiirs so why should these clans support Udub.
So if lets say these clans above got their demands it will be udub goverment without habarjeclo which means
the habar jeclo dream to govern is over and their opposition will weaken further.
That will put on H/Y's mouth a very wide smile INDEED.
