Nobody needs to say sorry for anything.
All that's sufficient is for those who participated in those events and other events during that time in Bari etc to realise their participation in it was wrong and ask Allah for forgiveness.
Saying sorry to humans will not benefit you on the day of Judgment.

As for your compensation....nobody can compensate anybody, instead that should go to those who need it most in koonfurta.

comparing gemany to somalia is dumn and stupid, many somalis died in the civil war, and many somalis of all regions were affected by the war. to ask compensation and apology for one area, and not the rest is the joke of the century. get you senses together, and make that brain god gave you work, before he takes it away again.
