Any way, anigu kumaan odhan waxaan abaal siinaya English and Talyaani. Adiga yidhi siyad ingriisigu ku hadli jiray si ay macnu ku fadhido luqad la bartaa. Adigu waxaad is leedahay wax u tar laakiin you're selling the man short.
Wali sheekada mada fahmin. Madaxweyne Somali oo 3 luqadood ku hadlaya asaga ka jira and it was at time when only kuwa ugu waxgaradsan spoke many languages. Ma waxa isla barbardhigey waqtiga hada jooga where Somalida have been living in diaspora for last 20 years and learned new languages.

Bal firi, wagaas most african leaders needed translators. Africa asaga iyo kale oo fara kutiris ayaa ka jiray oo wax translator u baahneyn. Af Arabi, af english af talyaani iyo af Somali

It is not whether he spoke English or not but how he spoke with such statesman like and what he spoke about. "Certainly now the world knows Somalia was never dependent on the Soviets".

What a leader.

The Father of Modern Somalia.

The Heralder of Somali Freedom.

The Liberator of Somali lands.

The Civilizer of the Somali People.

His Excellency, Major General Jaale President Mohammed Siyaad Barre Abdille, God will reward you for all the good you have done for the singlularly most illiterate, backward people and culture on earth.

people want to hide history because they know if history is revealed, the honest somali people will blame them for causing destruction and mayhem.

there are people that want to maintain the status quo when it comes to history.
the thing they don`t know is that the buble is unnatural and it will burst once history is revealed

this the reason why history is discussed and why it won`t be hidden
"Somalia has been without an effective central government since President Siad Barre was overthrown in 1991"
people should stop tribelising the topic and discuss about how siyaad was a great geo political tactician and the amount of languages he speaks is a reflection of that, just look how he throws jambal between the west and soviet union, the man was a great thinker wallahi.
