Doloow started recieving their cut of the aid from donor countries several months ago. In the eyes of IGAD/AMISOM/EU & US the leaders Doloow have been officially classified as a regional administration.

But the Question is how and why for Abgaal and MJ? Usually Political alliances are Build with people who share a border among Somali Clan's. But if am correct these Two Clan's Share none, unless somehow a 100 year's ago when MJ first came to the Capital they were somehow welcomed by Abgaal. I understand the alliance between Marehan and HG.
