I didn't say its a solution, but what most probably will happen. 20,000 more will come along with the 10,000 that are already there and they will capture most of Xamar probably, and Shabab will fight behind buildings and alleys. Thats why best thing would be for them to capture jowhar, and leave xamar to amisom.
