It is good news for Ethiopian government. His arrival is signal to show that Ethiopian government wants to be part of Kismaayo.
For me, I am so happy to see Barre Hiiraale arrival in Kismaayo because it is an opportunity for the muslimiin to take break and watch how things is going in Kismaayo for a while...
