how are somali prime ministers chosen in somalia

How are they chosen and if somebody wants to acheive that position how would they do so?

Also same thing for ambassadors? How do they get chosen

I know qabil and money may be involved
What process do they undergo

We are all lost god help us there are no fit people managing the intrest of the nation and it's citizens , It's up to coming generations and young of today to rise up and say enough is enough We must decide our destiny and go for ward , We need another SYL , Somali youth league.
