15 Die In Baidoa's Blast - Anzeloti Must Be Happy

Postby BeyondQabil » Sat Dec 06, 2014 11:37 am

The toll from a twin bomb attack in the central Somali town of Baidoa has risen to 15, police said on Saturday, as the president decried what he called a desperate strike.

"The number of people who were confirmed dead are fifteen," said Somali police official Osmail Mohamed.

Friday's blast was the latest in a string of attacks and saw a suicide bomber detonate his explosives among a crowd of people drinking at a busy teashop in the town.

A second blast then went off as rescuers went to help the wounded.

Those killed included two journalists, colleagues said on Friday.

Somalia President Hassan Sheik Mohamud decried the attack as an act of desperation.

"The suicide blast which targeted innocent civilians demonstrates solely the desperateness of the violent elements whose agenda is to derail the tranquility and development of this society," he said in a statement.

REGIONAL LEADER

The attack came a day after a new federal regional leader took power in Baidoa, some 250 kilometres (155 miles) northwest of the capital Mogadishu.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility but Somalia's Al-Qaeda-affiliated Shabaab rebels have previously carried out repeated attacks in the town as part of their fight to overthrow the country's internationally-backed government.

Recent Shabaab attacks in Somalia have targeted key government and security sites in an apparent bid to discredit claims by the authorities and African Union troops that they are winning the war.

On Thursday they wounded an MP and killed a former lawmaker in Mogadishu, while on Wednesday a Shabaab suicide bomber killed four when they rammed a car packed with explosives into a United Nations convoy.

The Shabaab have also stepped up operations in neighbouring Kenya, and on Tuesday massacred 36 non-Muslim quarry workers in a Kenyan border town.

You have constantly rejoiced in Al-shabaab's killings in Mandera. Just today, you were exhibiting an orgasmic frenzy over non-existent rape of Somali women by AMISOM troops. And even where actual rape has occurred, It's not a laughing matter. If you can derive so much joy on the status of refugees in Daadab, how much more joy will you experience on confirmed deaths of Somalians? Don't lie. It's just a matter of weeks before you post the gory pictures of the dead in your online battles with "enemy qabils"

Now pretending that you are sorry with an AUN?

I value a fellow Somali/Muslim live more than a Kikuyu adoons which were slaughtered by Al shabab....

I am against AS when they kill Somalis but they are more than welcome killing those fufus

The KDF killed more than 200 somalis in Kismaayo' last shelling 6 months ago...

why wont u mourn the dead of fellow Somalis instead of crying about 50 kikuyus dead ?

You don't value anybody's life. Stop trying to lie to the forrumers with fake Somali Nationalism and two-a-penny Islamic Unity. If you did, you wouldn't be finding it funny to see people wasting their lives in refugee camps and laughing at their rape just because they come from a different Qabil. You should be ashamed of yourself.

You even chered the prospect of Somalis being attacked in Kenya. Shame on you Image
