Secondly, the reason I called you out is for us to make sense of our current local affairs as far as Somaliland's political climate is concern. We are, as you are aware, facing some difficult times politically. Thus our country is in dire situation and our political future seems uncertain as to which direction it's headed. The long awaited Presidential elections have not yet been held and no new time lime table for elections has yet been set. The National electoral commission of Somaliland is still unable to put together sound team to excute our democratic election our people so deserved. The people of somaliland are growing impatient by the day. So now more than ever we need solutions and answers to our current political grid lock. Now imagine that YOU (somalinet SL intellects) changed places with the politicians, and instead of them, it was up to you to provide us of your wisdom ,aspirations, and solutions to this quagmire.

I'll tell you what I would do as President.

First of all I would invite diaspora to invest with me in a governmental investment company .
Like those emarati companies.

# Build up the cement factory with our own money
# Invest in a single highway from Togwajaale to Badhan, by this connect the very interior of Somaliland with port of Berbera.
# This would probably make central and western Somaliland ( Togdheer and W/galbeed extremely rich ) and east and far west more prospopours.
# Restructure Berbera port and hire professional administration
# I would also invite Hawd and Ogadenia to join a flat tax export strategy and build a southern major town to hold everyone inside Somaliland.
# Ramadan and Ciid should be tax free for everyone.
# Decentralise power of administrative issues to local governments but keep administration of natural rescourses centralised.
If a 12 billion barrels field is found in Saylac, all citizens of the nation and regions should enjoy it .

# I will keep the rule of 3 parties intact.
# Lower the tax to stimulate general business, because at this state the state can't take care of us in a welfare way.

KHAT IS USED AGAINST SOMALIS,THE WAY OPIUM WAS USED AGAINST THE CHINESE IN THE 19CENTURY.TO KEEP A SLEEPING GIANT SLEEPIN.IT MUST BE BANNED OUTRIGHT FOR SOMALIS TO HAVE ANY VIABLE FUTURE.
