I believe that the information saying buhoodle become a safe heaven for the terrorists is only a pretext for foreign intervention in Somaliland.

The ultimate goal is to send African troops, since Somaliland army only controls the outskirts of that area, that might be Achilles's heel for Somaliland, where the IC will give ethiopia mandate to protect that area from becoming tura bura,and that will ensue kaastumo to request to mediate between ethiopia and the ppl of that region to find ourselves out of the equation and being neutralized ..!!
