I suggest if you need to acquire land to build a house, purchase it from the outskirts of the city. You can get a sizeable land for a cheap price + you can build a spacious house and enjoy the fresh air, instead of the suffocating inner cities which are usually too busy, expensive and often not sanitary.

My family built a house last year in Hoden Qaylo,
It was 4 rooms, plus the gate and space to park the car.
Cost them $14,000 because they already owned the land.

The people that built the house were a construction company.
I don't know if you have heard of them.
Barako group construction company. (BGCC).
