The Afweyne regime created these new regions to give the Faqash everlasting political advantage, and they are using the regions to their advantage against the Hawiye today. They should be stripped of all Kacaan perks.

Same in Somalialnd, Sool and Sanaag should come under Burco again.

In Somaliland there should be no more than two regions, with their capitals being Hargeisa and Burco.

In Somalia they should go back to their old 6 region allocation.
