Secondly, HJ in Saaxil is a new arrival and have come as recent as 2004, which Kulmiye, Indho derro, and Dhabshill shipped in 100's of HJ familys from Caynabo (Sool) notably Reer Younis (HJ) and Reer Dahiir from Balidhaye in miye (Ethophia). In order for HJ to have some sort of vote in Saaxil and have more votes in Somaliland as they HJ only inahbite Eastern parts of Togdheer and Burco, Western Sanaag upton Gar-daag not even Ceerigabo, and parts of Northern Sool in Caynabo.
The fact is; HJ only live in some small parts of Sanaag, Sool, Togdheer, and could not get the number of votes need't for Silanyo and the HJ party Kulmiye in Awdal, Saaxil, and Hargeisa:
-Sanaag is dominated by Musa Ismail (HY)
-Sool- HJ share with Dhubante
-Togdheer- is mostly HY except for the (Dhulbante/ HJ region in between Buudhoodle and Baliidiig)
Thats means HJ politically have a strong hold in the small part of East Burco and Eastern Togdheer. Some parts of Western Sanaag in Gar-dag, and North Sool Caynabo.
That means HJ live siqnificantly in only the small part of Eastern Togdheer thats all, which they share with Dhulbante near Buudhoodle.So for Kulmiye and HJ they need't more voice for them, so they set u Refugees camps like refugees in a unknown place North of Burco called Hagel and outskirts of Berbera.
But the fact is Saaxil is Haber Awal (Ciise Musa and Sacad Musa) with Musa Cabduallah (HY).
The Mayor of Berbera can only be Musa Cabdullah (HY) or (Ciise Musa), so no matter the amount of refugees shipped from Las Anod that were pets for their Dhilos Abti,
Berbera can only have a Mayor which is Ciise Musa or Musa Cabdullah (HY).
