who do Arap and isxaaq carre look like chinese?

Every time I come across Isxaaq carre(HY) and Arap folks they seem to have small eyez and resemble alot like Asian. they have small eyez, big head, and are mostly funny. they are just chinese look likes with darker complexion. Has anyone else seen this?
