Let's stop the calacaal for a second guys ( both sides )
I'll even state them here ALPHABETICALLY so no one can claim to be " lanbar one "
Arap , Ciidagale , Gabooye , Habar Yonis , Sacad Muusa.
I'm not too familiar with Sacad Muuse subclans
But from what I know is that reer Samatr and other subclans are pushing out ' number wise and bail out ' the original reer Magaal Nuux Ismail often seen as the aristocratic lineage of Sacad Muusa.
Sacad Muuse properly lives as far as the mountains beyond Harar.
From Bulaxaar to Harerghe no other Isaaq subclan strecthes deeper into Ethiopia, not even Habar Yonis which border the five majors in Wardheer cuts such a clean line ( the only region where all five Daroods meet eachother )
Habar Jeclo is mostly an inland clan so majority of their territory remains within the borders of Somaliland.
Which is also the largest and covers probably 60 % of Isaaq territory, or more depending on their expansion in eastern Saaxil wether they have passed the Habar Awal frontier tuulo Siyaara.
HJ was mostly a coastal clan in guban zone until recent century as they started their migration later then the Magaadle side.
Ciidagale being the most exspansive of Magaadle, layed the foundation of our hold from Berbera to Hargeisa in different eras. Notice how Ciisa Muusa has followed in the footsteps of Ciidagale and today dwells in their former towns such as Lafaruug , Xamaas . Suldaans of reer Guleed lineage are buried there and the towns are hugely important in poetic terms.
As far as how the Hargeisa valley is divided among the four natives.
You can absolutely be sure that Ciidagale covers a clear majority of the region.
The most eastern point of Sacad Muusa is still Faraweyne, nearby is the most western point of Ciidagale.
Sacad Muusa have in modern era moved westward to Djibouti and Jigjiga.
Ciise is however the most western Somali clan and are today a stone throw away from the great Awash waterfalls of Afar.
Habar Awal nomads has only Xaraf tuulo as nearest well.
Arap is surrounded on both sides by Ciidagale in the southern corridor of W /Galbeed.
Their stronghold is Balli Khadar also known as BalliGubadle, their territory strecthes further west well into Harshin where they dwell with Habar Awal. Habar Yonis , Isxaaq Carre dwells with Abokr Muuse northeast from Halaye to Adaadley and Awbarkhadle. Ciidagale also dwell together with both Habar Awal notables Sacad Muusa and Ciise Muuse.
In Dararweyne and northwards into southern tip of Saaxil.
Because of this Ciise Muuse and Sacad Muuse share no deegans as neighbours as they remain split.
Ayoub lives in south central of Maroodi Jeex, but their numbers are small and are politically today absorbed into Habar Awal.
They have had problems with the Araps across the border and appealed at one time for soldiers to be protected in the early 90s in a specific incidident relating lineages of Ayoub and Arap.
Only one clan is represented in all four geographic Maroodi Jeexs zones.
If I'm not uncorrect though Hussein Abokr is the most powerful subclan of Sacad Muuse.
It doesn't matter how they live as they call the shots.
