Should SL government impose tax on Xawaaladaha?

Postby yawle » Sat May 16, 2009 8:47 pm

After Berbera Port, the government now earns its majority of tax income from Qaad imports. What effect would it have to impose tax on Xawaaladaha?

For example impose 0.5cents for every 100 dollars... that would mean about 20 million dollars tax from the 400 million dollar Xaawala market.
