With Silanyo's president Somaliland needs to move more east and not west with this idea of building another port west. Its plain stupid to have ports that close together cause they would be fighting for the same cargo ships, and since Djabouti is light years ahead of Berbera the only port Seylac port would take customers from is Berbera. But if it was opened in the east it would give Bossaso a bloody nose and provide the east with a needed outlet to the sea.

Djabouti port is owned by Dubia ports and its resources are endless, its stupid business to compete with someone you have no chance of beating. In simple business terms its called a BAD INVESTMENT.
But people in east of somaliland need to be able to have another port so that they have a port they control and own instead of using Bossaso.
