because they share borders - although if it was the sub clan of riyaale Jibril Yonis then properly he would have voiced his concern over the fighting - but i dont see riyaale making statement about this - maybe his avoiding it he might be accused of Bias - so the Guurti and clan Elders sort those conflicts
