Bro u don't need to talk about hypothetical issue, talk about the reality, the equal entities can join together but in this case one is hostage for the other. First foremost let us talk the real issue how stabilize the political deadlock of Somaliland and constitutional crisis for the both countries in question, we need to unite both Somaliland and Djiboutian population to fight back and get rid of IOG and Rayaale Kahin

Isaaq are only allowed 1 seat in the Djbouti parliment. He is Jibril Aboker since th late 1980's. But the longest serving Isaaq MP in Djbouti was HY in the late 1960 to early 1980's. He was Idaris, Habar Yoonis.

Every Isaaq clan in particluar Habar Awal, Habar Yoonis, Ciidgale, and Arap all reside their. The Hoogayaha of UDUB Professor Jaamac Yaasiin Faarax is Reer Djboutian he came back after Muj. Ismail Maxamed Burlale (AUN) died in Djbouti. He inhereted the title as they were first cousins.

Gaale Arap waa Arap and Djboutian businessman. I lot of my family are Djboutian. Most HY Djoutian are Isxaaq Carre or Musa Cabdullah..etc

I have'nt seen a Habar Jeclo Djboutian so far.

Jaabuuti & Somaliland are the same ppl -- if union with Somalia is not possible best option is to merge with our brothers but first the leadership and domestic politics of Jaabuuti must go.

In Jaabuuti there is 1st class (CISSA) and 2nd class (reer Waaqooyi)citizene.

I am not in here to seperate djibouti population into clans but I will like to make a clarifications for those non-djiboutians that claiming non-sense about the isaaq population..but if you want to take a look of parliament representation and seat given to isaaq you will see that out of 8 of them, 4 of them is given to HA while the other four are distributed among other isaaqs (HY, HJ, Ayoub, Carab, and so on and so on)...From those 4 seats given to HA (which is by the way part of the constitution in regards to seat distribution so there isnt no change) is mostly share by jabril abokor and bah-gobe...most of the ancient isaaq's minister in djibouti were bah-gbobe. SO with that said, you will see that bah-gobe which is a sub sub sub...clan of HA and are a sub clan of houssein abokor majorly reside in djibouti and if you go to hargeysa and ask which isaaq they associate most from djibouti they will told bah-gobe (as I did that experience myself)... Obviously other HA clans reside in djibouti notably abdalah sacad and abdirahman sacad.....

P.S. Once again here im just here to state the fact, but as you know djibouti is mostly populted with cisse plus other somalis clans (somalis+ afars) and we all live in peace...as a djiboutian I couldn't be more happier with that peace
