Powerless Poor Disoriented Issa In Ddjibouti

Postby labo22 » Sun Dec 06, 2009 2:30 am

Does the Issa tribe have the guts to tumble-down the Al-Gamil Group the same way that First Lady’s so called Republican Guard stampeded over the Borreh Group of companies?

Frankly speaking the chance of retaliating in the same fashion as the first lady is very slim, after all the supposedly Issa majority group are in a weak position in term of organization, finance and coherence , the are too many sizable minorities, all of them are strategically allied with one another and all of them have been led to believe that they have the same common enemy Issa supposedly the ruling majority group, the different minorities are also led to believe if they stick together that are force to wreak in with.

The President Ismail Omar Guelleh know as IOG perhaps unintentionally alienated his closest Issa intellectual, during his underground campaign in order to secure the Chair, when he was a de facto president a decade earlier before he has assume the office officially, Later as President of the Republic, IOG didn’t initiate any reconciliation process whatsoever, on contrary he follow the only school he came to know, his French colonial master tactics divide and rule, the majority Issa inconsistency play off initiated by IOG is over and the Issa have illuminated each others from political scene all together except few stooges who carry no more than their tribal name, even his own tribe Mamaasam is deeply divided and the relation ship between main sub tribes OULE and HASSAN is in shambles, there has been a deep distrust over many issues the latest one was how the OULE awarded all the MP (member of the parliament) of transitional federal government of Somalia seats to themselves without any consideration to their follow kinsman

If IOGs’ subordinate leaders have no mandate from whom they are representing he too has no mandate to hung power any longer. While the majority Issa engaged in fighting, the embattled President was already using minority of the minority to serve his purpose, just look the entourage of the president and the policy maker like Ali Abdi Farah, make no mistake about the toy Cop like Mohamed Djama, rumour has it nowadays he has been sacked from the imaginary post Col. of 500 presidential security guard and he is under house arrest just like cousin Awaale

If you make a mistake and you don’t admit you most likely to repeat again and again, you will reach a point that you have already made too many mistakes than you about to start correcting mistake with another mistake so on and so forth, unfortunately that is situation that we are in today.

Suppose Issa tribe get its way to tumble-down the Al-Gamil empire, what kind of secret they could uncover who would be contemplated the aftermath! Al-Gamil is also a French agent just like the first lady and his cousin Dharaar after all Al-Gamil is the minority of the minority and he is working for both the French as an agent and the First Lady as her business associates, the first lady, Al-Gamil, Dharaar and many more are instrumental to French foreign policies to put French interest first and for most and to under mind the national interest of Djibouti.

The majority group has been reduced to toy Cops, whistle Cops, and continuous marginalized from economy empowerment and labour market, for example to name a few employers in Djibouti, the US is letting out of their payroll more Issa indirectly although the Issa are not the majority there, the other major employers are Lota and Al-Gamil they employ illegal aliens Lota employs mainly people from Somalia and Al-Gamil tends to employs people from Yaman and Ethiopia, virtually non Issa why they discriminated against, Obviousley these employers engaged illegal business they don’t want to the actual citizen of Djibouti to know what they engaged in, if the trend goes this way the toys and whistle may tern into real ammunition or maybe terrorist the self-fulfilling prophecy of US foreign policy war on terror.

So talking about the misery of majority wouldn't make me Issa, but if you besiege the whole nation in many front unintended consequence my occur, I am not any way suggesting the Somalilander should leave Djibouti no, that is not absulately right because part of me is Somalilander, all Iam advocating that the government should however reflact the society that they claim to represent, You can't bring IM Lawis from out the blue and tell him that your are the governor of Balbala just because he speaks Somali I sure I this is going to create animosity toward IM lawis' s group in this case the British my becone the most hated group, I hope you get my point,

Please read the following posting on General discussion by me If Somaliland is Independent I wouldn't advocate for the best avenue to get independent Mr Muqdishawi I don't know where you get this stupid idia that the sovereign country come under self-declared Somaliland, for reason you are not getting, remember what I said to you "The leaned fool can write better than the unlearned one but still concept of what he writes is still nonsense " you are not even a learned one who should re-study 9th grade is obvious

I believe Somaliland has batter chance if they are willing to change the course just for the seek of their long term interest, If they are serious for independent Somaliland state they also don’t have to look far way for solution it just around the corner, you only need to learn from history, which is the last state that become independent in this region? it is Eritrea what tactics and policies they use to reach their goal, they make deal with TPLF their deal was fight together with Mangisto regime when they defeat Mangisto and capture Ethiopia, TPLF must hold referendum election only what is now Eritrea, TPLF kept the promise and Eritrea become Independent nation. Luckily Somaliland has the same opportunity that the Eritrea had why they are not taking that opportunity while they can?All they have to do unite Somalia to disunite later for their advantage in other words unite the war-torn region create what use to be Somalia for condition in the constitution they that can secede if the people of Somaliland choose so and meantime they can have their local government as it is now. But this opportunity may not last long if they don’t take advantage right now or they will remain hostage for Ethiopia and Djibouti.

Respect please I can't get obsessed with my aunt the wife of my uncle, didn't I clarify my point earlier when I said the first lady of Djibouti is not your typical first lady just like the first lady of Somaliland or Barbara Bush I bet you don't the name of the first lady of Yaman, Eritrea and Ethiopia, Frankly spreaking the first of Djibout has her ambition and nothing wrong with that, as strange as it may seem to you I want her to become like Helary Clinton and even surpass Mrs Clinton and become President of Djibouti after all is my aunt and actual leader of Djibouti all she is missing the tittle only,

cheers and think twice

First thing first apologies are accepted in personal level but I think Djiboutian people also deserve your apology too

Secondly you still using capital letters you might be still upset somewhat, anyhow your visit in Djibouti probably have been limited to high streets or center town where you find a lot of service men French, US and western spy pretending tourist plus lost of people that you described from surrounding war-torn region, what you expect, it one of the big cities in the region it has all the sickness that every major city of its size with the foreign a military base I believe local authority should respect the local rule and regulation , also new rule should be passed to protect local people from the western predators.

Finally you seem that you are very concerned about the first lady, I thing I make my self very clear she is no ordinary first lady about If I say in Somali our mother tongue “ nin dorbaan qaatay cilaaq dalbay”

Cheer let us not agree to disagree forever

Le Progress the presidential paper reported that a article with title the awaking of the lion
Meaning the only opposition leader Aden Roble Awaleh who officially declared that he will be running despite the odd of being terrorized, as usual he is suffering the consequence of declaring himself as candidate for the upcoming election, his water and electricity are already being cut that is the normal tactic to pressure whoever tries to challenge IOG, is he going to last till the election day? I doubt it , he bow to the IOG' s presure before and most likely it will happen again
