Recent controversial contract was given to Ahmed Osman Guelleh-Arrab is to build a compound in Ethiopia for Mohamed Ibrahim OUGAS Wais a newly coronate OUGAS for Issas majority tribe in Djibouti and in Ethiopia as well as Somalia, forget about the toy Cops and whistle Cops in Djibouti what happened the heartland of Issa, they don’t know how to manage anymore a small building project, in that case the Issa don’t deserve to have OUGAS a complex means of Judiciary system (Xeer Ciise) for all Issa in Ethiopia, Djibouti and self declared Somaliland, Throughout the history IOG is not the first powerful force to impose Issa his style OUGAS even the powerful French tried to create a parallel OUGAS for Issa while they were building the railway track, the short lived OUGAS was given a nickname OUGAS XADIID, however this OUGAS we might as well call him “OUGAS Arrab daan dhagax “ because Ahmed Osman Guelleh-Arrab is main charity contributor and project manager for newly crown Issa OUGAS, just for your info the process of choosing OUGAS seems more similar the way that the Buddhist monk is chosen.labo22

In recent televised show in almost empty stadium with few paid supporters mainly minority group, and poor students IOG along side the Minister of Education his subordinate life-long friend, in fact they both were born in same place Dire-dewa, Ethiopia. Minister of Education is not using his real name, he arrived Djibouti just before it be independent, he was illegal alien, so he acquired his ID through illegal means that why he is using different name, IOG mentioned that the 30% of national budget is allocated to the Minister of Education, the Minister of Education said that he has built many school, we know that is not true when you look the actual money allocated for the school building projects, most of the schools were built with the money donated by the foreign government and Interational Agencies , almost all the school building project are mismanaged and lots of money were skinned out for personal use.

Let us go back to real issue the integrity of his subordinate Minister of education, he is the one and only powerful and closest to the newly coronate OUGAS for Issa, If it is true that he had the ability as he claims why he couldn’t build house for the OUGAS instead of Ahmed Osman Guelleh-Arab and than we avoid calling him OUGAS ARAB DAAN DHAGAX, he has the same quality like his Bose IOG taking orders

Absolutely not I do write about Somaliland It is my country too, the following posting is a good prove that I do care and I want to get Statehood that it deserves I always explore deferent avenue which more logic so please read indicate your input

so is Djibouti I believe Somaliland has batter chance if they are willing to change the course just for the seek of their long term interest, If they are serious for independent Somaliland state they also don’t have to look far way for solution it just around the corner, you only need to learn from history, which is the last state that become independent in this region? it is Eritrea what tactics and policies they use to reach their goal, they make deal with TPLF their deal was fight together with Mangisto regime when they defeat Mangisto and capture Ethiopia, TPLF must hold referendum election only what is now Eritrea, TPLF kept the promise and Eritrea become Independent nation. Luckily Somaliland has the same opportunity that the Eritrea had why they are not taking that opportunity while they can?All they have to do unite Somalia to disunite later for their advantage in other words unite the war-torn region create what use to be Somalia for condition in the constitution they that can secede if the people of Somaliland choose so and meantime they can have their local government as it is now. But this opportunity may not last long if they don’t take advantage right now or they will remain hostage for Ethiopia and Djibouti.
I wonder why Somalilander don' explore this option while they knocking doors that won't meant to open for obvious reason that mentioned by the topic creator

Why IOG all of sudden got interested in creating OUGAS for Issa? Why now why not before? Issa have been without OUGAS for quite long time IOG could have easily help re-establish OUGAS for Issa long time ago but it wasn’t his interest until recently, before it was against his policy to unite Issa for fear of his own chair, but now at end of last mandate, perhaps he want to leave legacy or at least little credit for or maybe looking sympathy from his follow kinsman that he had already alienated the damage is already done he can’t his way all the time. But as always his entourage messes up his plan as they often do in his administration so you always get confuse who is charge out, is it appropriate to commission Ahmed Guelleh-Arab to get oversight the whole affair of delicate issue of Issa OUGAS? Again you will be the judge
