Khalid we have waited to be in this position for a long time, we have the financial power to ensure that our man is at the top for a longtime. You guys are better of in our shadow and not risk things by shaking the tree and giving those Somaliwyen lovers Garxajis power. :mrgreen:

Username that's all overated eventhough I have to say the hj are pretty organized with in sl and in the diaspora but this will not assure them victory in sl to rule for years there is open political contests in sl and the aspirations of the people will change through out the years one man one vote is what is sl is about. As for the garxajis they are less organized in sl but are a sleeping lion but I do believe when a good leader from their lineage comes he can get the votes of the majority of the somalilanders. Do not underestimate the garxajis they can come out very powerful and the nrs are on their side two. History has proven that they can produce great leaders. And don't mind hargeysay he is just a dirt woqoyi he is. More hawiye than he is garxajis.

Khalid what you need to understand is the fox is always on its toes. We have always needed to be to survive in our region and gain rather than loose. We are hated by both our neighbors and this has created a unity within HJ like no other. This unity is reflected in politics and finance. You guys are happy in Hargeisa, Gabiley, Arabsiyo and maybe not Harti Shiekh :D . You need to stay close and bet your horses on the fox, because when it wins you win. Your side of Hargeisa is built and you get political power and important post and your competitors are kept in check. :mrgreen:

Username being president of somaliland doesn't make you're regions better or advanced

Its all about what happens behind the scenes. You can't honestly say siilaanyo improved the lives of the average ba ha xabusheed not at all. Its all about if you can get the govt to follow you're demands and do as you say there are many factors that play a role. Presidents and leaders can change and can come from any clan of sl but are they fulfilling you're demands and that's what its all about.

Khalid, Silanyo is doing a great at the minute we just need to ensure the circle around him stay in power when the old man retires. Last thing we need is risk everything with a bunch of new people who dismantle all his good work. :mrgreen:

Fox, lion? Are we using animal metaphors now? :lol:

I thought it was like this;

HA = Fox/Jackal - Cunning, savvy but ultimately self-serving.

HJ = Donkey/Cow - Hard-working, dedicated but ultimately has no direction.

HY = Lion - Lazy and sleeps most of the time, but when awoken is a force to be reckoned with.

Arab = Mongoose - Small, but ferocious and territorial.

Ayuub - who? :mrgreen:

Waar it's not like that, the only known ones are:

HJ - dacawo
Ciidagale - Waraabe
Ciise Muuse - Daayeer

8-)
