President Rayale Congratulates Somaliland Defence Forces

Hargeisa (Qarannews).The President of Somaliland, Dahir Rayale Kahin sent a message of congratulations to the Somaliland Defence Forces on the 16th anniversary of its foundation which was commemorated on the 2nd of February, 2010.

President Rayale thanked and praised the members of the Somaliland Defence Forces and their families for their continued service to the nation.

President Rayale paid tribute to the members of the Somaliland Defence Forces who lost their lives whilst on duty. Their sacrifice will not be in vain and has earned the eternal gratitude of the people of Somaliland.

President Rayale congratulated the Somaliland Defence Forces and its veterans, for their continued dedication to duty and for providing security, stability and peace in an otherwise volatile region of Africa.

Tributes also came from the Somaliland Defence minister, Mr. Saleeban Warsame Guled, the commander of the Somaliland Defence Force, Mr. Nuh Ismail Tani, members of both chambers of the Somaliland parliament and leaders of Somaliland's opposition parties.

Why dint he attend the ceremony?
He does every year why not this year?

Video The ceremony but rayaale didn’t attend this year , I wonder why only Nuux ismacil taani taliyaha ciidamada qarranka somaliland aya speech sameye.
Rayaale should have been there and also give a speech that’s protocol
