To fix them small holes in the middle of the runway alone would take less then 2000$ and it could have been solved in 1 day!! instead they rather Distrubute $5000 to Kids from the Streets of Hargeisa To welcome some Clown who travelled to East Somaliland for a Break from the Hargeisa Pollution!
