You will say Isaaq, but if your in a coffee shop in bristol that is mostly iidoor, you would say habar-uunsi baan ahay or what not. It is not about belittling you guys, its just how things are, even Hawiye people say, waxaan ahay Hawiye.

Trust me to some Darods knowing Isaaq sub clans is a life or death situation. Maybe to a Darod who lives in the most southern point of Somalia knowing Isaaq sub clans is not that important but to every darod subclan bar marexaan, know Isaaq subclans like the back of their hand.
