If they didn’t do anything for those who voted for them then what was the point of them being elected? What happen to accountability? Why giving them the free pass? How come they deserve all the praise that you’re willing to offer?

Not all MP's are like that though sxb i know some who did good for deegaanka laga so doortay do you know a guy called Salebaan cawaad bukhaari he went back to the town he was from and gave the town for development of about 20,000k and he was a sacad yoonis PHD holder from UK he gave reward to the people who chose him as a MP and he does alot including the recent skirmish in erigavo he spoke against the mamuul for being behind that trouble so you see not all MP's are useless.

Is that really important? What is the point of factoring his qolo? We really need to learn to be objective.

I think the people are worth more than 20k. They need policy change with check and balance. The MPs failed to enforce their authority of keeping the administration honest. You might have one or 2 people doing ok but in general, the house is useless.

Dhagabacayl, because his clan is an identity of where his from and it was part of the information when he was elected in the 2005 parliamentary elections, I think 20k for the town or area that chose him is alright for a student like him who just graduated, remember his not a sugar daddy MP don't expect him to give out millions in his first years, and considering somaliland african standards 20k - besides 20k pound is the equilivent of nearly 30k USA dollars, his not the only MP i know that did that many did also, from what i know of this MP he did his best in trying to keep the adminstration honest just few days back he was talking about the trouble in erigavo and that how the adminstration was behind it and demanded for those kind of things to stop with other MP's also, so you see not all MP's are useless that was my point.

There are some MPs who are claiming of building roads in Hargeisa too.
I don’t think they were elected to write welfare checks to silence folks. History will judge them accordingly.
