ok i thought it was only going to be one minster since they reduced the ministries. Fuaad is a die hard 'somalilander' but he has no following in ssc and he is not influential at all. It looks like silaanyo just awarding his friend for his loyalty. However im more concerned with the other appointment, since the guy is more influential than most most of the so called dhulbahante politicians in somaliland.Fuaad is going to be a minister but there will be also another dhulbahante minister there will be two dhulbahante ministers
