Walaal rightwing in 30 years maybe we can have ministers selected soley for thier expertise and talents and not qabiil..

but we are here today in 2010..

we are still a qabiil based society, we need to work within the qabiil system...
we need to manage it..

Madaxweyne Siilaanyo oo Magacaabay Labadii Wasiir ee u Horreeyey Xukuumaddiisa
Magacyada iyo Xilalka loo Kala Magacaabay Labada Wasiir

Hargeysa (Jam)- Madaxweynaha dhawaan la doortay ee Jamhuuriyadda Somaliland Md. Axmed Maxamed Maxamuud (Siilaanyo), ayaa magacaabay labadii wasiir ee u horreeyey xukuumadda cusub ee la filayo inuu soo dhiso.

Madaxweyne Axmed Siilaanyo ayaa sida ilo xogogaal ahi Jamhuuriya u xaqiijiyeen waxa uu si hordhac ah u sii magacaabay labada wasiir, kuwaas oo kala ah Wasiirka Arrimaha Dibada iyo Iskaashiga Caalamiga ah oo loo magacaabay Dr. Maxamed Cabdillaahi Cumar oo hore u ahaa Xoghayaha Arrimaha Dibada ee xisbiga KULMIYE, halka Proff. Ismaaciil Muumin Aar uu u magacaabay Wasiirka Wasaarada Biyaha, Tamarta iyo Macadanta.

Inkasta oo aannu jirin qoraal rasmi ah oo Madaxweynuhu ku shaaciyey magacaabista wasiiradan oo warbaahinta loo gudbiyey, haddana waxa wararku sheegayaan inuu si hor dhac ah u sii magacaabay labadan wasiir, iyadoo Wasiirka loo magacaabay Wasaaradda Arrimaha Dibada iyo Iskaashiga Caalamiga ah Dr. Maxamed Cabdillaahi uu hadda ku sugan dalka Kenya, isla markaana uu shir halkaasi ka dhacay kaga qaybgalay maamuuska xilka wasiirka Khaarajiga.

Tan iyo intii ka dambaysay markii xisbiga KULMIYE ku guulaystay doorashadii Madaxtooyada ee dhacday 26-kii June, waxa si weyn looga foolinayey xukuumadda uu soo dhisi doono Madaxweyne Axmed Maxamed Maxamuud (Siilaanyo), hase ahaatee waxa la filayaa in maalmaha soo socda uu si dhammaystiran ugu dhawaaqo golihiisa wasiiradda xukuumadda cusub, iyadoo guddi Madaxweynuhu u saaray inay ka soo talo-bixiso qaab-dhismeedka dawladda cusub soo jeedisay in golaha wasiirada laga dhigo 15 xubnood, halkii ay markii hore ka ahaayeen 26, arrintaas oo si weyn dadweynuhu soo dhaweeyeen.
