There seem to be some dispute on who "owns" the city, Or rather who first inhabited or conquered. Hargisea is today the capital of Somaliland and its citizens have some what integrated Even though its residential neighborhood are based on Clan borders. Who really is Majority in Hargisea? Is it the Garxajis clan who dominated most of the city's land. Garxajis Being HY & Ciidagale. Or HA Arap and Auop who also live within the city in their neighborhoods. BTW im not trying to instigate anything here just thought id open a topic for this since i saw some members discussing this matter in another sections topic.
