In case you want to track him down this is the mug-shot of Mr Rayaale

Djibouti shouldn't be hiding place for the renowned criminals

The horn of African region is full of many heinous crimes that have been committed in the name of the national security everywhere you look at it, with conjunction of the US so-called War-On-Terror, but what would be the consequence if the state itself isn’t internationally recognized like self-declared Somaliland, it is a new frontier unlike we have seen before.

Former president of the self-declared Somaliland Dahir Rayale Kahin use to work for the last known Somali government as secret service agent for NSS, he might have committed crimes as part of that administration just by obeying the order of his superior. Well it’s hard to prosecute for any crime that he might have committed for obvious reason.

Mr. Kahin as president of self-declared Somaliland issued and collaborated with Ethiopia an extraordinary-rendition order to roundup Somali refugees from Ogaden region and sold them to Ethiopia as part of war-on-terror program. It has been normal practice and source of misuse funding for both Puntland, and self-declared Somaliland rulers to engage in this kind of criminal activity.

Mr. Kahin is set to retire in Djibouti , he has a couple of properties in Djibouti and elsewhere in western Europe, he also stashed considerable amount of money in Dubai, UAE. Definitely the bulk of the money is from the so-called war-on-terror program, in other the program to continue functioning there has to be a collateral damages and human suffering.

Mr. Kahin was the President of the self-declared Somaliland, technically he was ruling jurisdiction without international recognition, his status was unclear under International law. Mr. Kahin in front of the International Criminal Court he neither can claims that he was defending the national interest of self-declared Somaliland, nor his jurisdiction has an extradition treaty with Ethiopia or any other legitimate state in the region after all no state recognized the self-declared Somaliland except the parallel government of Djibouti led by Odette De Chihuahua the first lady of Djibouti.

If Mr. Kahin get away with crimes that has committed during Siyad Barreh regime, can he get away with atrocity that he committed while he was the vice president and the president of self-declared Somaliland?, what happened to the relative of Kahin’s victims? They have the right to sue Mr. Kahin through International Criminal Court (ICC), he can’t hide in Djibouti, the Djiboutian government is the signatory of the ICC and it has obligated to extradite Mr. Kahin If the ICC issue arrest-warrant.

The relative of the victims of Mr. Kahin may contact Mr. Boreh and Mrs Borrel lawyer Olivier Morice!!

He did collaborated with Ethiopian regime, and carried out a numerous extraordinary rendition on behave of US war-on-terror program through Ethiopia. It wouldn’t be fair for family of those who disappeared to see Mr. Kahin enjoy his live as if he had nothing.

Justice & peace for all

Meles demanding more Somali liberation movement hostages to be handed over to him from Punland and Somaliland leaders. They are happy to serve their Master Meles.

Rayaale, Meles, Abdilla Yusuf and his PM Guedeh and many more around them have committed crimes against humanity, a naive Sheikh Sharif was replaced just only to commit more crimes than his predecessors without his own will, now we have more criminals than ICC can handle in our life time, the criminals include US military commanders and policy makers that authorized illegal weapons, the weapon in question have been been used once in West Africa by Executive Action and how they got that kind of weapons without authorization of the US Congress is in ? mark until today.

These might well be our solution for the future stability in the region.

As I said earlier in this region of ours is sadly full of mass murders, we have to help ourselves so the international community to help us deal with them accordingly, the general public shouldn’t be harboring those who committed crimes against humanity, we should also be more than willing to hand-in these criminals who longer have the state immunity, like Ali Mahdi, A. Qasim, A. Yusuf, A. M. Guedi, D. R. Kahin and various warlords.

These criminals have to realize that the western governments that have used them are neither ready to protect them nor they are ready to defend them forever, in fact they are in danger of being liquidated by the same forces that have used before they reach ICC. The rule of the human right activist that suppose prosecute these criminal are dragging their feet mainly because of our passive-mode of miserable situation that we're in.

This however could serve as deterrent tools for any future self-appointed ready to be used to commit more crimes than his past and future predecessor like Sheikh Sharif who killed more Somalis than…….
